The Kidsfaire shift slots are rapidly filling up. This event is for members signed up on the AZCorsairs.com database, or official volunteeers, and is open to ALL ages.


Kidsfaire!
Friday September 19th NOON! - University of Phoenix Stadium
All Hands On Deck, to set up and prepare the kidsfaire.

Shifts (thus far):

Friday 19th
Set up NOON - 3PM (sooner if we have plenty of hands) Everyone who signed on please. Many Hands make for light work and we all need time to prepare for the TLAPD night in Tempe.

Saturday 20th
Set up (9AM) - Alize, Daemon Silvertongue, Madam LaCroix (overflow volunteers welcome)
10AM - 2PM - Blaze, Tatsu, MoonMermaid, Talena, Max (overflow volunteers welcome)
1PM - 5PM - Blaze, Talena, Tatsu, MoonMermaid, Max (overflow volunteers welcome)
Tear Down (5PM-?) - Blaze, Tatsu (overflow volunteers welcome)

Sunday
Set up (7/8AM) - Anyanka, Sam, Blackstrap, Pirate Claus (overflow volunteers welcome)
10AM - 2PM - Anyanka, Sam, Blackstrap, Pirate Claus(overflow volunteers welcome)
1PM - 5PM - Blackstrap, Angel, Marcel, Blackheart
Tear Down (5PM -?) - Blackstrap, Angel, Barbarossa, BriteRaven
Face Painting - Max
Photos - Santa
Make & Take Flag
Pirate Treasure

Full volunteer list:
If I did not place you in a time slot you are lucky, or not on my crew. I am not certain of everyone's transportation needs or employment schedules, so I leave it up to you to come during a time good for you. I live at 59th Ave & Peoria, so on the dates and time I (or Madblaze) am signed on for I am happy to carpool with any in the area.

If there is a problem with any of the times please let me know and I will be happy to make adjustments, so long as no one is sitting alone for four hours or more.

For those volunteering for the kids fair here's how to get in :

Before 9AM you may enter through the stadiums loading dock area on the south side

After 9AM you have to go to Will Call at Gate 2

I be a'bringin me lady Shannon with me when i schelduled to help out with set up so we'll 'ave ourselves an extra hand to help damn i cant wait till Kids Faire and TLAPD lol {like a kid in a candy store and a blank check in me pocket lol}

Capt. Blackheart: Where are the props? And how big? I have a 78 VW bus with no seats in the middle if that will help.

****ATTENTION****
Last minute updates ^__^ Always thrilling!

We will not have to wake up as early it seems on Friday morning, but we will need to really work hard with the time we will have.

We will be allowed to drive right up to the stadium on Friday at noon (12:00), possibly earlier if I keep bugging them :P So keep your eyes open. We do not know exactly where our booth will be located but I will try to get there very early and scope that out on Friday AM.

I know last minute details are a pain but please bare with us. Thanks again so very much!

On a bright note! The pearls and beads have been purchased we have 240 YARDs for necklaces!

And open call for decorations! Huzzah! Okay, we want the kidsfaire to look totally amazing and no one person has everything we could imagine needed (or wanting). Please, if you have awesome pirate decor we would love to borrow some. If you do lend anything be certain it is nothing small hands can sneak off with easily, and mark in some place on each item your information. Address labels are great for this and usually are easily removed. It is no one's intent to make off with any one else's decor (especially so close to Halloween, but in clean up these things can happen. We need to be clear on who belongs to what and how to return it promptly. Thanks again so much to all our pirate-abulous volunteers!

If I do not have your Full Name (real world alias) and a phone number and or e-mail please send it to me at easalle@cox.net as soon as possible. If I do not have this information for the kidsfaire staff you will have to wait in lines like the common public and no one wants to do that :P

Ye can be getting baskets o' sea shells at the dollar store also, I bought a few for our Halloween decor last year, and can bring some. what be we given out for treasure aimed at the lads, or do they enjoy the beads just as much?

We are gathering quite a treasure trove! Everyone is so awesome! We will have so much to offer the little pirate soon to be's!

Leo has also come across postcard books from the PotC movies!
