When can most people make it? That's the day we should go. Or maybe if enough people can't make it one day but can the other we should represent on both day. those who can make it both days can pick one or the other or do both. I can do either day but will confer with my crew to see which day they would rather go on. We should see about setting up the Rodrick to show we're there in force but keep an eye on it. Maybe designated flag bearers as we make our way around.
