Event Description

A tournament featuring Nick Pace's new pirate card game "Raiding Parties". Come learn the game and then compete to win some neat prizes ( box sets as well as signed cards) as well as meeting the developer of the game. Game is fun, easy to learn and games last 15-30 minutes. Artwork on cards all by Don Maitz, this alone makes getting a set worth it.

Wednesday Feb.29st about 6:00 PM at Pop Culture Paradise 707 S. Forest Suite A, Tempe Az.

For those you who already own a set of cards, make your deck up to 30 gold for the tournament.

Ahoy Corsairs, tis a pleasure to be a part of...  thank you Cptn. Gato for being so cool to reach out- I will be hosting FREE Raiding Parties tournaments at Pop Culture Paradise on Wednesdays 6:00 pm, and at Game Depot on Saturdays at 2:00 pm. Both stores are in Tempe which is current my port of call. Prizes still include a copy of the game, and multiple signed cards by Don Maitz. The free tournaments are just a way to get us all together and on the same page, but starting April it should be a little more competitive.  See you there!!

Monster land is having a Pirate And Bikini costume Party. Prize is $300 per category. If you haven't been to Monsterland it a new very cool nightclub and eatery in Mesa. Decor is awesome . When you first enter you go through hallway made up like Haunted House style. Once you enter the main room it's like the dark castle of the very evil step-mother witch complete with dragon and wolves overlooking the floor.
