Arrrrgggg me mateys! I am writing to lett EVERYONE know that I am scheduling the entertainment for Aldea and I have needs.

I need to fill 4 sets of approxiamately 60 minutes each. Some acts will be longer some shorter when scheduled so DO NOT fret if you have an act the is not 60 minutes.

This stream is so I can keep everybody up to date and get any referrals from you easily. If you know of an act you would like to suggest you can post the it here. I am pretty internet saavy and can usually find them on the WWW. I will do my best to post up the results of any referral and favorites as we progress.

If we all lift then no load is to heavy.

We have our band! The Brazen Heads!

What a relief! Now on to other items....below are streams for other forms of entertainment.

We do have a belly dance troop with drummers and may have need of more as not to exhaust any one.

We also have filled the MC position, but may need and alternate.

I need some stilt walkers, snake, charmers, and the like. Also I am need of a quartet to play in the courtyard near the entrance to set the mood for the event.

Remeber it is 4 sets of 60 minutes each or any combinations thereof i.e. 8 sets of 15 mins..you get the picture. Acts with shorter sets will most likely be asked to perform twice throughout the night.

Volunteers do get a reduced rate on tickets and FREE entertainment always works better for me!

Finally I will be posting the acts on this stream as they are commited and I would like to hold a "talent" meeting prior to our show date. Specifically so all entertainers can introduce themselves to one another and final scheduling can be discussed. Port in October (3rd Sunday) may be most prudent depending on the number of Corsair Volunteers we get.

Alas, me hearties, though I offered to come sing at Aldea, now it turns out that my physical problems (back) won't let me. I must tearfully withdraw -- but please keep me posted. When my health improves, I truly do intend to come sing for the lot of ye. Best,

Ahoy Mateys! I am happy to announce that our entertainment schedule is full, fat, and happy. Thanks to all who assisted me in this huge undertaking - and those who continue to do so.
