Does anyone know if and when Coppercon will be held this year, will it be in the same location as last year, We had a blast and wish to attend again. I am planning on getting a room this year. If anyone has any information please let me know/

Yep, Coppercon is cancelled and so is Leprecon in favor of Westercon, at which I have already reserved a room for our Pirate Party!

So Is there any con's going on this year here in Phx or Surrounding area that we can attend?? I was seriously hoping to attend one, I had a blast, What I can remember and has been pieced together for me, Last year.

YES, as I mentioned, Westercon! It is the Western United States Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention, and will have people from all over the country! There will also be a smaller fan-gathering in the fall as a small Leprecon, you can view all the cons and their info at Connotations..google it!

Yes- they are a lot of fun! There are also a lot of Celtic Faires and Renaissance Faires throughout the year, throughout the state, where you can be as piratey as you would like to be.
