Welcome aboard the Heart of Darkness! I love belly dancing! I used to be a member of Domba shortly after they first formed and I was in Egyptian Cartouche for a couple of years to. It's great to have dancers on our ship! Yay!
First Mate Gypsy Queen
I remember that day at the park. It was put together by a dance group. I was there playing my concertina. To get to the Sea Gypsy articles click on ships in menu across the top and then scroll down until you reach the Sea Gypsy device and name and click on it. Then scroll down until you see the articles and read them(below the parchment). Below that are directions to join my ship. There are several ships within the Corsairs and there were representatives from a few ships at the park that day. Captain Blackstrap is the one who has the dancers and was there dancing. Maybe it was her group trying to recruit you that day. I have two dancers on my ship right now; Briteraven and Nine Lives. I would recommend you getting to know the different Captains and their crews before deciding on which one to join so you can end up on the one most suitable to you. We have a monthly get together so you can get to know us. My crew (as you can see from the photos) is on of the oldest crews around having been part of the Corsairs since the 80's, however one of my crews sons (also on my crew for now and you look more his age then ours) is forming a new ship as part of my fleet (Thunder On Sea) and is looking for recruits. I know that he would love to have dancers as part of his crew and I would love having you as part of our household. I appreciate that the name of my ship enticed you as it is meant to stir the imagination to thoughts of fun and adventure and would consider your consideration to join us an honor.
