Well Estrella is almost here, HAZZA!!!!

this will be my first event attending, I am excited. My sword is ready, my armor almost done. thanks to Capt. Porthos. I hope to meet some of you there at the war, maybe tip a glass or two with ya.

I went to a ren. fair this past weekend, had a good time even though some bad turn of events happened. Well we got over the bad things and had a good time for the most part. It was a live steel event, which was a little different. I did get to see some shinai, fencing, and hard suit fighting. It kind of gave me an idea of what to expect when I go to any events in the future.

I'm new here to The Arizona Corsairs Network and to the SCA, I would like to introduce myself, my name is Greg ( I don't have a pirate name yet), and I'm 36 years old. I moved here from Michigan last year, with a brief stay for the summer in California before ending up here in Kingman. I am a father of three boys ( yes I know my three sons) there ages are 20,14, and 8. I am also a grandfather to a soon to be one year old in September.
