Good day Arizona Corsairs,
I have put to paper the articles which we discussed at last Captains Council and believe I have included everything we said was important. Please review and let your Captain know how you feel about articles. Captains please review and let know if I left anything out or if you feel I need to change wording on something.Would like to vote on these articles at Sundays meeting if we can agree on the way it is written.Thank you.

Arizona Corsairs Articles
1. The main purpose of the Arizona Corsairs is to incorporate Pirates and Piracy in all of its forms; be it historical, cinematic, literary or imaginary; in everything we do for the enjoyment of ourselves and the general public.
2. The Captains Council has been established to discuss and vote on all issues that involve the Arizona Corsairs as a whole. Individual ships are free to function on their own and represent themselves as Arizona Corsairs so long as they so nothing to blemish the reputation of the Arizona Corsairs.
3. Membership into the Arizona Corsairs is a privilege and is given by a recognized Captain of the Arizona Corsairs, such being recognized by the other members. Once a member members may choose to join a established ship or remain a free man going on account with any given ship or the Arizona Corsairs as a whole when going on ventures.
4. Captaincy is a rank established by being sponsored by an recognized Captain of the Arizona Corsairs and meeting the following requirements:
a. That such captain has a ship's name, a roger or device to represent their ship and a mission statement for their ship and crew.
b.That such Captain have at least five crew members who recognize him/her as their Captain for at least one year. Once a year is passed the rank of Captains is recognized until given up by said Captain. If a year is not reached the rank of Captain is voided.
