We all have stories to tell, so as long we're not dead we can tell all the tales we want.
As fer me , I started doing stunts in 1990 at Rawhide in Scottsdale AZ. Cowboy to Pirate, extra to primary entertaining is a blast. High falls, stage combat, Live crowds are the biggest rush for fun. Gun fights to Sword play, all of the afor mentioned has brought much delight to many unsuspecting patron. Here in the states as well as abroad, one things for darntootn people love to be entertained! I've puroozled some of the videos posted and I don't mind sayin, some of ye are down right scary good!
I got my leg tatood in the isle of Bermuda with a sword stabbed thru my skin and Vega Vixen got one of a dagger in the eye of a skull on the front of her hip, (ready for a fight anytime) quite impressive says I !
While there doing a live stunt show for the cruise lines that arrived daily, The adventure of "Thomas Tew". An early day pirate from Jersey crossed the open seas many times and fought bravely, but lost his life to a cannon blast to the belly. It would be splendid to incorporate a show here the states with the Corsairs! I know yer thoughts of adventures beyond yer door step coarse thru yer brains and if it has someone getting blownup - well then we're all for it!! Set building, Pyrotechnics and special effects are the easy part, getting bodies to tell the tale are another.
With just an idea of adding a patio cover to our back yard, the thought has explode into the that of building a ship around it that looks like it crashed into the house. So anybody out there that may know were to get me hands on some decks plans, I'd love to here about it! Oh what a festive time we all could have! We have converted the adjoining room onto the patio into me Pirate den so when you walk out the doors you'll enter the belly of same said ship, with new additions coming all the time.
