Comment by Captain Blackstrap on October 4, 2007 at 8:13pm - It is an anime exclusively about pirates ^_^. Luffy (the stretchy one) wants to be King of the Pirates, so he travels to the Grand Line to find the treasure of Gold Roger, greatest pirate who ever lived. It is cute, and random.
